Münster, Jovel Music Hall, 2001. Die Geschichte der Miami Rockers beginnt in der legendären Jovel Music Hall in Münster. Als separate Acts gebucht, beginnen die beiden DJs Andre Kuschel und Sven Krachten spontan gemeinsam Platten aufzulegen und die Partyjünger anzuheizen. Schon nach den ersten Songs beginnt etwas Unvorhersehbares: Leidenschaftlich, fast ekstatisch feiert sich halb Münster zu den Beats der Beiden in Rage. Niemand geht nach Hause, denn heute ist Partytime! Am Ende blieb ein begeistertes Partyvolk, ein mehr als zufriedener Veranstalter und ein neues DJ Project: Die Miami Rockers.

Der Name Miami Rockers machte schnell die Runde und so kam es bereits in den ersten Jahren zu gemeinsamen Auftritten u.a. mit Phil Fuldner, Bad Boy Bill, Cascada, Fatman Scoop oder den Turntable Rockers. Die erste Mix CD, die im Jahr 2007 veröffentlicht wurde, brachte den Miami Rockers erste Auslandsbuchungen ein, u.a. in dem bekannten Partyresort Punta Arabi auf Ibiza. Von da an lief alles rasend schnell. Cosmo Klein steuerte den Live Gesang auf den Mix CDs und DJ Sets bei, die Miami Rockers experimentierten mit eigenen Mashups und weitere Mix CDs folgten, wobei ein Release in 2009 auf der weltweiten Plattform mix.dj den längst überfälligen No 1 Erfolg brachte.

Mit Bisby & Jingles – L´amour toujours (Miami Rockers Remix) sowie Miami Rockers – Shine On 2010 folgten die ersten eigenen Produktionen und zugleich Top 25 Entries in den Deutschen Dancecharts.

2011

Unter dem eigenen Label „dreifuffzig records“ gelang den Miami Rockers mit dem Release von Good Morning Miami featuring MC DragonD ein weiterer Coup, der sich in den Dancecharts auf Platz 16 wiederfand und in den polnischen Radiocharts (Radio Eska) Platz 2 erreichte. Auf der Miami Music Winter Conference lernten Sie den Vocalaritst Jeremy Carr und dessen gesamte Studio Crew “Stadium Red” NYC kennen.

Es war der Beginn einer starken Kooperation. Der erste Remix für Jeremy („The way we are“ Miami Rockers Remix) und eine zehntägige Clubtour folgte.Im selben Jahr strahlten sie ihren ersten 2-Hours-Mix auf Sunshine Live aus.

2012

Zu Beginn des Jahres 2012 erscheint ihr Charterfolg Good Morning Miami (DJ Jump Remix) auf dem erfolgreichen Sampler Clubsounds 60 (Sony). Im März 2012 veröffentlichten die Miami Rockers mit Ready To Rock ihre nächte Single. Ein weiterer Erfolg in den Dancecharts: Nummer 2 in der Schweiz, Top 20 in Deutschland, Platz 10 in Österreich und in der UK geht der Song nach einer Woche von Null auf 15. Im Juni erscheint ihre neue Single „This Club is a Wonderland“, welche auch den Auftakt für ihre neue Clubtour bildet.

Zudem sind noch zwei Neuveröffentlichungen und diverse Remixe geplant.

MoFlow

Was ist MoFlow?
MoFlow ist der Beat des täglichen Lebens aus Hamburg der dich mitreißt, denn Moflow rockt Hamburg, rocke also mit!
Einprägsame deutschsprachige Texte mit klassischen Rock-Gitarrenriffs.

Seit ich im Februar 1983 geboren wurde ist Musik mein Leben.

Richtig allerdings erst seit er klassischen Musikausbildung bei den Regensburger Domspatzen. Ich lernte Gesang, Gitarre und Klavier. Es folgten diverse Schulbands und Bandprojekte!

Wobei ich mich irgendwann umorientierte und nun in einem namhaften Hamburger Juweliergeschäft Rolex verkaufe. Trotzdem blieb immer die Leidenschaft zur Musik und so kommt es dass ich tagsüber Christoph Merkel bin, doch nachts bin ich der Frontsänger von MoFlow.

Austrian Marian Holy, born on 8th of May 1977 lives in Finland. He started to play guitar at the age of thirteen. One year later he discovered his talent to compose Rock- and Popsongs. Inspired by the band Bon Jovi (Marian’s favorite band) and Aerosmith he wrote his very first song Cry & Die at the age of fifteen. After that, a huge list of songs followed. Marian played in several bands. The most known band was Stonehenge.
Having reached the age of nineteen he left his hometown to study economy (which was more a favor to his parents than it was his own passion). At that time he also stopped being active in music for five years. The passion came back and he completed the album Blue Sky, which was then released in 2011! His first official album Blue Sky shows up with eleven songs, all written in different years between 1993 and 2011. „It has never been my intention to release an album, until I realized people are interested in my music“, so the artist. „That’s why it took me so long to accomplish it!“. Yet to be mentioned, that his first album Blue Sky he recorded all by himself, without any other musicians.
In 2000/2001 he lived in Rome, Italy, to attend his last year at university. Graduating from university in 2002 in Linz, Austria, he started a career as a business man for nine years. During this time he lived in Austria, Germany and finally also in Finland, which is also the current homeland. In 2009 he set up his own recording studio in Finland to accomplish his first album. Since 2009 Marian Holy is very active again in songwriting and creating music videos. (He writes all songs himself).

Firetime is the name of one of Germany’s new, young and powerful homegrown reggae-rooted artists, making his voice heard amongst german and international artists alike.
‚Peace, Love and Harmony‘ is the main and powerful inspiration of his music reflected throughout his vibes and lyrics.
Firetime’s energetic style is dominating his music, the dynamic, but yet melodic, timbre of his voice blends in perfectly with the beats, creating a certain atmosphere of comfort for the listener.
Positive vibrations and joy serve as the basic elements in his works, resembling all the positive aspects of life.
From early on, Firetime was most interested in music, especially that of his brother’s, which probably had a strong influence on his future way and led to the formation of his first reggae band in 2003. After some time he then went on as a solo artist to explore new ways in music and to express his creativity more independently.
The young musician embarked on a trip around the world, getting into contact with various different cultures and music styles, but it was due to his several visits to Jamaica during that time, that he gained new means for his future evolution as a ‚Singjay‘, however, it also had a determing effect on his personal views, not only in music, but also in general life.
The obvious mixture of devotion to the beauty of life on Jamaica, music and the notorious carribean style, along with an insight into the very own music industry of the island inspired him to pursue an even more dedicated approach to a musical career back in Germany.
Collaborating on diverse projects with renowned artists such as Ganjaman or Lori Glori gave him the confidence to explore even new creative ways adding up to his horizon as both an artist and producer.
‚Love Deep Inside‘ was the call when Firetime got together with nigerian-born reggae-great Tuklan and contributed his vocal part to a lively, danceable summer hit climbing all the way up to the top of german music-tv VIVA’s Club Rotation Charts in 2009.

2010 then marked a temporary climax in his musical career. Teaming up with well-known Beenie Man and yet again Tuklan, Firetime contributed the catching chorus to the song ‚One Time‘, which ultimatively made its way to the Top3 of the German Black Charts.

He is currently working on ideas of bringing his mother language German some more into play with his new projects, an album release scheduled for later 2012, as well as several other smaller works in progress.
In addition to that, the founding of Firetime’s new own label ‚Firetime Records‘ this year and the buildup of his home recording studio are on his mind and will keep him on the busy track…
